Step into Andaluca and it’s as if you’ve entered a Mediterranean sun baked grotto-the warmth and comfort a perfect accompaniment for a delicious breakfast on a Seattle morning.
Chef Tiffany Layco lets her creative juices flow as she takes traditional breakfast fare to a whole new level. While eggs, bacon and herb roasted potatoes certainly grace our menu, Chef’s Bread Pudding French Toast, Moroccan Lentil Hash and Eggs Benedict are a few of her specialty dishes that will help you kick start the day.
Breakfast is available seven days a week: Monday-Friday, 7am-11am & Saturday and Sunday, 7am-Noon

After a two year hiatus, Chef Tiffany Layco and her team are thrilled to be serving dinner once again. While we are currently offering dinner service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, we do hope in the near future to expand dinner service to additional days of the week.
Join us for Andaluca’s signature cuisine. Whether it be our famous Andaluca Paella, Lemon Aleppo Chicken or Za’atar Rubbed Pork Chop, your favorites are still on the menu.
