Step into Andaluca and it’s as if you’ve entered a Mediterranean sun baked grotto-the warmth and comfort a perfect accompaniment for a delicious breakfast on a Seattle morning.

Chef Tiffany Layco lets her creative juices flow as she takes traditional breakfast fare to a whole new level.  While eggs, bacon and herb roasted potatoes certainly grace our menu, Chef’s Bread Pudding French Toast, Moroccan Lentil Hash and Eggs Benedict are a few of her specialty dishes that will help you kick start the day.

Breakfast is available seven days a week: Monday-Friday, 7am-11am & Saturday and Sunday, 7am-Noon

While Andaluca is currently serving dine-in for breakfast only, we will continue to offer an extensive togo menu seven days a week.

Covid-19 Safety Mandates

Dear Friends of Andaluca, 

As a Seattle business, we appreciate your patience as your employees follow Washington Stats and King County mandates.  Should you be dining in Andaluca for breakfast, we will be asking for proof of a Covid-19 vaccination or a negative test result.

According to Seattle and King County’s Public Health Department, beginning October 25, people ages 12 and older will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result (taken in the last 72 hours) to enter indoor restaurants and bars in King County.

As of September 13 in Washington state, masks are still required in public indoor spaces.

Please know we are doing our utmost to provide a safe and comfortable dining experience for both our patrons and employees.
