Chef Tiffany Creates at James Beard Taste America

The prestigious James Beard Foundation offers a highly anticipated annual Taste America events this coming October 4th in downtown Seattle. Chef Tiffany is honored to part of the program, a traveling series that brings together local and visiting chefs for a night of unforgettable dining. While the October 4th event is sold out, we do hope you will join us in cheering for Chef Tiffany during her debut with the James Beard Foundation.

Chef Tiffany will showcase a smooth and creamy mushroom paté crowned with conserved wild chanterelles and preserved elderberries. With added textural components of a red kuri squash cracker and mushroom chip, it will be a full palate experience. 

For one night only, on Friday, October 4th, this special will be available in Andaluca. And since the Taste America Seattle event is sold out, what better place to sample Chef Tiffany’s creation!  We look forward to seeing you!
